The simplest way to do this is to have two A records:
domain.com. A xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
www.domain.com. A xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

This is a WebSTAR issue. You'll need to set the index page for WebSTAR to
"home.html" (without quotes).

If you're using WebSTAR 3.x, in WebSTAR Admin, open up the server settings
dialog. On the left side, select File Names (the first one). In the main
panel, you'll see the second entry is called Index. This is where you put
home.html.
