Kay, have a bunch of q's

1)We are registered with internic as ns1.valueport.com. However there is
no such record in our dns. There is only ns.valueport.com. So when I go
to do ns2.valueport.com, how will I do that? How do I name my secondary
domain name properly?
2)These deirection that were given are confusing. In each zone on which
server? What server am I doing this on? What do I put on my second
server? Do you have an actual example? Is it like:

valueport.com valueport.file 209.209.9.59

What do I put on my second server?

valueport.com valueport.file 209.209.9.59

Thanks, Donovan
