You will want to contact your Upscale provider if they do your secondary
DNS, so that they can do a reboot to speed up the process.

Essentially it will take a bit to make its way around to all the Name
servers on the net. Once it does and they cache this new info then you
will be set. I have seen it take anywhere from 12 hours to 5 days for
this type of change to occur globally.

Also make sure you Time to Live is not set to high.

Typically when doing big changes like this it is a good idea to have
duplicate servers set up on both IP's to handle any latency between name
servers that may have old info.
