There is a thread going on now on the Apple-Net-Servers list regarding QDNS.
There is a question about how QDNS can reliably perform load balancing if
nameservers disregard TTL values. Some on that list believe that it is
fairly common for nameservers to ignore TTL values and cache entries for as
long as they like.
What do you think?
