I know, but they only had made one payment to cover the initial invoice.
The second invoice was completely unpaid for, but it was closed...AND, most
importantly, their expiration date is still the same as their establish
date (meaning they have gotten no time credit for the two closed one month
time credit invoices).
So, there's two problems here: why did the auto tasks close an invoice
without the customer having enough money paid to cover it, and even with
that, why did the customer not get a time credit for this or his previous
invoice?
