This is probably because ns2.nextnet.com isn't responding to DNS queries.

I also noticed that your zone file doesn't have any A records for your name
servers. Internic has the following records:
ns1.nextnet.com. A 207.246.235.210
ns2.nextnet.com. A 207.246.235.211
You should also have such records.

Lastly, Internic has the following delegation records for your reverse zone:
235.246.207.in-addr.arpa. NS flower1.mobilenetics.com.
235.246.207.in-addr.arpa. NS golfview.mobilenetics.com.
But neither of these servers is authoritative for this zone. The net result
of this is that no matter what you put up for your reverse records, nobody
will see them until this matter is straightened out.

Of course, when it is straightened out, your ISP will no doubt tell you
that either (a) you're not authoritative for your reverse at all, or (b)
they're going to give you a classless delegation for your subnet. Either
way, you're not going to want a reverse zone for 235.246.207.in-addr.arpa.
But don't throw it away, it can be useful for generating a classless
delegation file.
