Search Again: Usage From: Alan Rader Date: Thursday, October 1, 1998 Time: 10:53:55 am Two questions 1. How do I get people that are invoiced for excessive usage to receive only one invoice? I want to add any extra charges to their regular monthly invoice. Is this possible? 2. This is for ISDN usage. Say I have a customer that gets 2 B channels with us. Our radius log logs them with twice the time usage. So I have a product setup for ISDN that gives a person 100 hours for 1 B channel, if they want 2, the hours stay the same. I just put this product under my user's billing cycle twice with one only having time credit. So the radius logged that he was on a total of 300 hours. To bill this properly, I need to divide 300 by 2 and then subtract 100 which would make the excessive usage 50 hours. Right now OG is taking 100 from 300 which is 200 and then charging for 200 hours of excess usage. Is there an easy way to set this up so I don't have to manually calculate it each month?
