I've been noticing very long response times lately from the root servers.
Sometimes they don't respond at all. I think they're becoming overloaded.

I have no idea why your server has become unstable. Have you tried all the
usual rememdies? I mean:
a) Zap the PRAM (and reset timezone, appletalk, etc.)
b) Rebuild the desktop
c) Run the latest Disk First Aid and/or other disk maintenance programs
d) Disable unnecessary extensions or control panels

If you've done all this, please email support@menandmice.com with details
of the problem.
