Please send me the zone file (off the list).

Please describe this problem in more detail. What account are you sending
from, what account are you sending to, and what mail server are you sending
through?

When I query your servers (ns1 and ns2.valueport.com) with DNS Expert, I
get a nonauthoritative answer. This tells me that your servers either don't
have, aren't reading, or are rejecting the pleasantonprinters.com zone file.
>Now at least the domain can be looked up.
As I said, I can't find the zone file on your servers. Send me the file,
and I'll take a look at it.
