You already have a reverse zone file (with a missing period on the end of
one of the records). Just ask US West to change their PTR records for your
addresses to match the ones you already have.

Don't tell them that you have a reverse zone file - that might confuse the
issue. Instead, just copy the 5 PTR records out of your reverse file and
mail them to your US West representative, along with the request that these
records be implemented.

For the most part, PTR records aren't important for a server. The exception
is a mail server - the PTR record should match the default name of the mail
server (as specified in the mail server preferences). There should also be
an A record by that name which resolves to the address in question.

If/when you change IP addresses, you'll have to go through this all over again.
