So the authoritative servers are ns1.oleane.net. and ns0.oleane.net. If you want to be authoritative for 79.160.62.in-addr.arpa., you need to have hostmaster@oleane.net delegate the zone to your name server(s). If I query ns0.galaktos.net. directly for the above information, it does give me what you apparently think is the correct information, but since the zone hasn't been delegated to ns0.galaktos.net., hosts on the internet at large are going to get the answers from the oleane.net name servers.
