The order of NS records doesn't matter - it is not indicative of primary or
secondary status.

The only problem is see is that your NS record for their server resolves to
"dns1.atlantech.net.interrupt9.com.", not "dns1.atlantech.net.". To resolve
this, add a period to the end of "dns1.atlantech.net".
