Correct. Use one or the other, not both. They do essentially the same job,
though the newer version is designed to be used with multiple sites on the
same server (useful if you have multiple load-balanced sites that share at
least one server, but their list of servers is different).

There have been reports that the new version is unstable. Since the plug-in
is a StarNine product, I have no idea if the problem is in the new plug-in
or somewhere else, nor how soon they'll have this resolved.
