Give healthbody.com its own virtual host settings. Use some sort of SSI
command to redirect it to your bodyhealth.com site.

You should also be able to use the error page to redirect any connection to
www.healthbody.com/anything to www.bodyhealth.com/anything.

As with any standard domain name (www, ftp, ns1), it's just a convention.
You can use anything you want, so long as whatever appears in the MX record
has a corresponding A record.
