It's mainly a DNS question

This won't matter with EIMS 2.2

>What is the best way to proceed??

Simply set the MX records in the DNS files for each of the 4 domains on WebServer2 to point to WebServer1, and set up the accounts on EIMS as usual.

When mail comes along for a 'WebServer2 domain' it sees in the DNS record that mail is handled by 'EIMS on WebServer2' and off it goes
