Err, Yes. Checked, double checked - but of course that doesn't mean I
haven't made a stupid error. Having said this, what can go wrong? Domain
name, unique file name, IP no(s) of primary(s).

Hmm, it is my ISP of course. They said they changed it yesterday but it's
still not working - I'm on hold but I'll get through to the right person
eventually.
Anyway, looks like I'm not being a complete idiot so I'll look further
afield for my problems.
Thanks for the help people and I'll stop wasting bandwidth and get on
with shouting at people - oops, no - I'll get on with sorting the problem
out.
