There're two parts to this. 1) Set your DNS. If the old domain has entries like this: olddomain.com. A 192.168.0.1 www.olddomain.com. CNAME olddomain.com. then the new domain should have similar entries: newdomain.com. A 192.168.0.1 www.newdomain.com. CNAME newdomain.com. 2) Set up your WebSTAR virtual hosts settings. Find the entries for olddomain.com and www.olddomain.com, and duplicate them for newdomain.com. That should pretty much do it.
