I have set up a test mail account: peter@webserver.com.au
It was my understanding that EIMS 1.3 can not act as a secondary eMail server. That's why I switched to SIMS (http://www.stalker.com/SIMS) also free. It's a pretty sweet little eMail server, and it has basic AppleScript support (also missing from EIMS 1.3) and has a built in web admin tool. Migrating to it can be a little troublesome, though. Especially if a lot of your users store their mail on the server.
But it ought to work as a backup to EIMS 1.3, and it'll do the appropriate relaying.
Or you could pay and upgrade to EIMS 2.x which sings and dances, and is supported fully by OptiGold.
