Is it possible to add a list view for the letter library similar to the product list view...well, just listing the letter title, email subject, etc. (not the whole letter). Also, I wanted to paste formatted text from excel and word docs in there, is that supported (I'm thinking I need the FMPro for this perhaps?) Do we lose the fonts that we've added for formatting in the letter library between each upgrade? Is it possible to have certain actions print certain letters. e.g. When the auto tasks user sends out referrals, can a referral thank you letter be queued (to email or printer)? I was thinking of having FMRuntime load as a service on all the workstations at bootup, since all employees will need/use features that Optigold provides. Do you have any comments on this Pro or Con? Is it possible to add the ability (if it doesn't exist, otherwise correct me and give me instructions on how to do) to print letters from the library in their raw unformatted form (without going to a customer or contact to print with their names). I'd like to be able to check letters variables in case I ever have problems with them.
