I would recommend EIMS 2.x... From my experience, it seems to be the best.
As for WebSTAR's email server support in Optigold ISP, it's something we
are currently working with Starnine on, but WebSTAR's current form
doesn't have any really good hooks to allow us to manipulate the email
server.
Actually, we are working with them so Optigold ISP can control WebSTAR's
FTP, virtual domains and email server.
But even then, EIMS have more features, is better performing and the best
thing is that Optigold ISP can hook into it (hehe).
