The key problem is that you don't own your entire Class C. You cannot
"control" the reverse records for your IPs unless you have your ISP
silently slave your subnet's RRs from your own DNS. Even if you do this,
your ISP will still need to be primary DNS. In my experience, ISPs don't
want to go through the hassle of setting up slaving.

Even if they will, I'll warn you that switching your primary DNS will be a
pain later on.
