Hello Ross,
Which one is listed first in the box in TCP/IP? Try (temporarily)
changing the order so that your provider's DNS is first, then disable
your primary server and see if your sites come up OK.
If everything works as it should, your provider's DNS server should
find the information on your secondary server, and your sites should
come up quickly.
