Yes. In fact, you can just copy over the QuickDNS Data folder. Just remember to save the old one, so that you can restore it after the primary comes back on line.
Keeping in mind the discussion we had regarding what happens when the primary server goes down, you will want to do one of the following:
o change the address of the secondary server to that of the primary server,
-- or --
o change the DNS resolver settings in TCP/IP in all of your machines to the address of the secondary server (removing the address of the primary server).
