I ran a thorough analysis of goingoncetwice.com with DNS Expert, and it came up with a couple of errors that might be relevant:
o The primary mail server does not understand SMTP
The mail server "mail.goingoncetwice.com.", which is a primary
mail server for "goingoncetwice.com.", does not seem to
understand SMTP.
o The reverse record "213.235.246.207.in-addr.arpa." does not refer
to the host "mail.goingoncetwice.com."
The reverse record "213.235.246.207.in-addr.arpa." refers to
"ip-207-246-235-213.reverse.mobilenetics.com.", but it should
refer to "mail.goingoncetwice.com.".
The first one is most worrisome, since it indicates that your mail server is probably pretty messed up. You might want to ask the server software vendor what's going on.
