Those last 2 records are PTR records, I assume. Furthermore, they should be in your reverse zone file, not in the nextnet.com zone file. Also, there is no benefit to having 2 PTR records for the same address (207.246.235.210). Pick one, and remove the other from your reverse zone.

I'm not an expert on Communigate log files, but if I read this right, it's sending DNS requests to your mail server (MacOS X Server with Communigate Pro?). Unfortunately, your mail server isn't running a DNS server.

You need to either configure it to use your actual DNS servers instead of itself for DNS resolution, or set up BIND on MacOS X Server.
