From: Rob Thiemann Date: Thursday, December 9, 1999 Time: 2:14:00 am Hello All, Ok, I'm trying to do this: I have my DNS entries like this: alice.netshak.com A xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx netshak.com. MX 10 alice.netshak.com. mail.netshak.com. CNAME alice.netshak.com. I also have a domain I'm hosting that's set up like this: customer.com MX 10 alice.netshak.com. mail.customer.com CNAME alice.netshak.com. I was going to try to make it so that I could have them log on to mail.customer.com so they wouldn't have to log into mail.netshak.com for their eMail, but it's not resolving for some reason. can you tell me why?
