This is a Web* QDNS plug-in setting which version of it do you have?

It depends on your servers and their power/abilities/bandwidth
'Dynamic' balances the load according to your servers ability to deal with it, faster machines will get more work to do
'Fixed' just sends equal amounts of traffic to each machine, a slow server could be overloaded while your faster one doesn't break into a sweat

You should have a little app that came with the plug-in (I can't remember it's name) that will do this for you
