Search Again: Reverse DNS setup??? From: Paul Didzerekis Date: Monday, December 20, 1999 Time: 7:43:00 pm Hello, We have had our upstream provider doing our reverse DNS for our IP addresses and I have talked to them about delegating that to us and they are willing and are going to do so. I have a few questions as to how the zone files need to be setup by us on our server. We have a block of 15 IP addresses with the first being the router and the last being the Broadcast address. Do I need individual zone files for each IP address that we are doing the reverse DNS for? If not how do I go about setting this up? Maybe if someone could explain how to do this from the get go that would help. Thanks, Paul
