This is a WebSTAR issue, but I'll answer it anyway. ;)

WebSTAR, when first launched, goes through a number of steps to get itself fully running. One thing it does is a reverse lookup to find its name. If you've ever had your reverse records unavailable, you've probably seen WebSTAR pause for up to 30 seconds at that point.

It uses the name it gets from the reverse lookup as its default name. This is in addition to any virtual hosts configured.

The WebSTAR QuickDNS Load Balancer plug-in sends LPM packets for all names configured on your server, including the default name. If your default name is also configured as a virtual host (for example, to move the root folder out of the WebSTAR application folder), it will send such packets twice. Neat, huh?

The best thing to do is to ignore the rejected LPM packets.
