Unfortunately, it's not as easy as that. It all depends on how your ISP chooses to delegate your block of addresses.
Current best practices are described in RFC 2317: <http://www.faqs.org/rfcs/rfc2317.html>. The method described in this RFC is flexible. It describes a second method in passing, but recommends against it.
Your ISP hasn't set up their end yet, so I can't tell you how to set up your end.
