Thanks! The domain assistant was added in version 2.0, as I recall.

That depends.
The reverse zone is separate from the domain zone. It's possible that it is delegated to different servers than their domain. (DNS Expert's DNS Query tool is highly useful for determining this.)
Every server listed in the delegation records should be authoritative for the reverse zone. As usual, for easiest maintenance, one of these should be configured as primary and the rest as secondary.
