Larry,
What's the domain? What's the name of the server? Without this information, I can't even begin to diagnose the problem.
It would also be helpful if you could take these steps:
o Open the problem domain in QuickDNS Pro Admin.
o Click on the first record. Shift-click on the last record. Copy.
o Paste into your message. It should paste a copy of all your records.
