If you'd like an AppleScript to make the changes to your zone files more easily, just ask. I have a couple that might do exactly what you want.

Change Subnet
Change NS Records

The first will change all of your IP addresses to the new subnet, keeping the fourth octet the same. The second will change all instances of an old name server to a new name server, useful if, for example, your old ISP was providing secondary service for you.
