As long as you're taking feature requests, I would like to be able to have more control over logging both to disk and screen. Specifically:

1) Be able to dynamically change what is logged to disk (turn logging on and off and change the types of info logged without having to restart the server).
2) Have a screen window (like a console) that could display different logging information than that going to the log. Such as, having the screen temporarily show all requests but only log errors to disk.
I would also like the main server window (the one that displays numbers of connections) to display the date and time of the last server launch/restart.
