It's been working fine for over two years, and suddenly the client (in San Francisco area) can't hit the servers (in Austin). The only change we've done lately was to add a CNAME from mail.pirt.org to mail.greenbuilder.com. I have a feeling it may be a problem with their ISP's domain name service...
