Almost certainly, they're running some flavor of BIND. They'll need to know
the zone name (e.g., yourdomain.com.) for each domain you want them to
secondary and the IP address of your primary server (or whatever name server
they'll be getting the zone data from). This is the same information that QDNS
uses to set up secondary service -- they may have just used slightly different
terminology.
