It's more difficult, because the system is designed for load balancing.
The best solution I've been able to come up with is to set it for 1 in 10000, then have your failover server handle those 1 in 10000 by trying to pass them on to the main server. This can be done by having the failover server resend the request to the primary server, then forward the results back to the user.
This can probably be done with WebSiphon, WebCatalog, or many other server scripting environments.

No, but when resources are available, we'll put one up. Things are kind of tight right now, what with all the work being done on QuickDNS Pro 3.
