I've seen the same thing on my Primary DNS server running seccondary for a
friend. It happens sometimes at server startup when the friend's primary
can't answer the SOA requests fast enough, and then intermittantly on and
off over the course of months of operation. I'm assuming it's fairly
normal to see it in the logs every now and then.
