Yes it is behind a firewall, thank you netopia. Just concerned that it can
be accessed to provide domain name services when the primary is down or too
busy to reply...

From my testing from a second live network, I can use 206.190.141.211 as a
domain name server...

I guess I'm more concerned that it is functioning as a secondary dns,
properly...
