Shawn,

When I invoiced a customer for mutliple products that included hardware
(taxable) and services (non-taxable), I kept getting prompted to
recalculate the tax between printing the invoice, previewing it, and
returning to the main screen.

Is there a way to remove or edit the name, address, etc. from a letter when
printing a copy for a contact or customer? I don't have them added as
variables in the letter itself, so I'm assuming that you have it set up to
automatically add them.

I may have asked this previously, but is there a way to remove the
prompting to telnet when adding a customer?
