Yep. I tried sending you a copy via email, so let me know if you get it.
There are no variables listed on the letters but they keep getting added
(name, company name, address) even when being previewed. Also, the
variables do not seem to get parsed, or there are no choices for
them...wait, lemme rephrase...variables that do not exist (balance, etc.)
Maybe I need to make something clear here as well...I'm talking about
sending letters from the contact manager, not the customer info screen.
I'd like to have the choice (through a check box in preferences or
something similar) to have the name, address, etc. added in to letters that
are created as opposed to having them automatically entered.
Also, there seems to be a large margin at the top of the first page when
printing letters (about 2 inches) through the contact manager. If this can
be adjusted as well it would be greatly appreciated, as the letters appear
to start 1/3 of the way down on the first page (consecutive printed pages
are fine with about a 1/2" top margin).
