Yes, the default TTL setting is the Minimum field of the Domain
Information dialog.

3600 seconds.

Sure. 1800 or 300 seconds. Of course, the faster the expiration, the
more often a resolver will need to query your server. A very short
TTL on all your records might greatly increase the amount of DNS
traffic on your connection.
