Like I said, that's up to the upstream provider. The names might look
like this:
129.128.0.168.192.in-addr.arpa. (for 192.168.0.129)
or they might just as easily look like any of these:
129.fred.0.168.192.in-addr.arpa.
129.in-addr.fred.com.
1.in-addr.fred.com.
(assuming fred.com is the end-user's domain).
Read the RFC. It may take a few tries to sink in, but once it does,
all will be clear.
