Whew...lots of posts from me. Question: automated stuff

Here's whats baffling me. I want no interaction between users and optigold
for new users to sign up (via the web) which in turn means that I don't
want the customer service reps to have to do anything with OG for new
accounts as well. As it stands now, when a new customer is placed in the
system it goes to a pending state where someone with the correct user
rights accepts that new customer and posts the invoice. I have checked the
automated tasks (perhaps not well enough) but can't seem to find where to
automate this stuff. Also, it takes a admin'ed user to add the email
accounts. Again, I don't want to have to have someone add the accounts to
the server. I want OG to do this by itself.

So, how do I accomplish this?
