Optigold newbie

Ok, I downloaded OptiGold (I'm beginning to warm up to this name, but it
took awhile :) to evaluate, but I have a few questions:

The pricing is not all that clear to me...I have 600 customers...is
OptiGold going to cost me $1000 or <cough> $2000? Is any free support
period (like, say, 90 days) included in that price?

I'm trying the Mac version without the runtime FM, since I already have
FMPro4, and all I get are a bunch of USR files and a web folder, with no
real indication of where to start. Is it competely modular, and I have to
open each file manually?

TIA!
