First Optigold ISP will attempt to see if a copy of data files exist
locally on the client. If not, Optigold ISP will attempt to locate a
live Optigold ISP host within the client's subnet.
If it can't locate one still, it will say "MainMenu.USR cannot be found,
please locate it". On the open file dialog there is a Host button that
will allow you to specify an IP address of the host machine.
