If we're talking about ctpub.com., it doesn't look like you're server has
authority for the reverse domain (224.181.207.in-addr.arpa.). It's delegated
to:
224.181.207.in-addr.arpa. 5d23h47m53s IN NS DNS3.DNAI.COM.
224.181.207.in-addr.arpa. 5d23h47m53s IN NS NS1.ISPC.ORG.
224.181.207.in-addr.arpa. 5d23h47m53s IN NS NS2.ISPC.ORG.
224.181.207.in-addr.arpa. 5d23h47m53s IN NS DNS1.DNAI.COM.
Also, the SOA (Start Of Authority) for 104.224.181.207.in-addr.arpa.
(ctpub.com's IP) is hopf.dnai.com. I'm guessing that dnai.com. is your ISP?
Anyway, if you don't have authority for the reverse domain, it doesn't matter
what you've got for it on your server.
Can non-Windows clients do reverse look-ups? If so, it suggests that the
problem may not be with the server. In fact, I can do reverse look-ups for
207.181.224.104 from both Linux and MacOS machines. The PTR record that
dns1.dnai.com. has for it looks fine:
104.224.181.207.in-addr.arpa. 6H IN PTR ctpub.com.
I'd look into the configuration of the clients that are having problems.
