Two different issues here:

You shouldn't have a load balance record named "company.com" - you
can't have a load balance record with the same name as any other
record. (This limitation will be lifted in version 3, but that's
still some time away.)

If you're using the WebSTAR QuickDNS Load Balancer plug-in, it will
send LPM (load preference message) packets for every entry in Virtual
Hosts. So if you have a virtual hosts entry for www.company.com, it
will send LPM packets for that name, even if there isn't a load
balance record by that name. This would cause the error message
you're seeing.
