My experience with Network Delusions is that their automated request processing (registrations, modifications, collecting money, etc.) is usually pretty efficient. If, on the other hand, you need something that requires intervention by an actual NSI worker 'droid, it can be like extracting teeth from the proverbial domesticated fowl. Even when you do get hold of a live person, they often don't seem to have much of a clue about what they're doing. The best advice I can give is to keep trying the phone number -- I've never been able to get a non-automated response to e-mail from them. In any event, have patience -- it's not likely to be a very quick process. Christopher Bort
