Emailing NSI doesn't work, you have to keep on the phone until they answer,
there's no other way. Network Solutions are Tankers ("w" replaced with "t"
so as not to offend menandmice ;-)
Also, if you're staying with Network Solutions, instead of moving your
domains to a better registrar like Joker.com, then make sure you have your
domain modification method set to CRYPT-PW and not MAIL-FROM, as I
discovered a few weeks ago that Network Solutions allow anyone to change
data in your domain (they send you a "do you agree?" afterwards, and when
you reply "NO" they ignore it and make the change anyway. It happened to me
a couple of weeks ago).
